What I do
I am an intuitive somatic healer, spiritual empowerment guide, and transformational teacher who helps others reclaim their voice, break generational patterns, and reconnect with their inner truth. Through a unique blend of lived experience, intuitive insight, and compassionate teaching, I support people in healing from childhood and generational trauma and help them step into their power with clarity and confidence.
I offer tools for deep personal transformation—through empowerment coaching, classes on self-worth and intentional living, guided meditations, and spiritual development. My work is especially impactful for those who have felt silenced, unseen, or dismissed, and are now ready to rise into their fullest selves.
My approach is both soulful and grounded—honoring the deep emotional layers of my clients’ stories while guiding them toward practical, lasting change. I help people move from survival to self-actualization.
I am currently writing a book on my life experiences and I am combining those experiences with the healing teachings that I have learned and now teach to others. Hoping for it to be done by 2026.
